Navy Island is a small tropical island off the coast of Port Antonio, Jamaica. In the 18th century, the island was used by the British Royal Navy (hence the name). According to local legend, Navy Island changed hands in the 1940s during a rum-fuelled poker game involving a Hollywood celebrity. Even today, the island remains one of the most beautiful spots in the Caribbean. The rich and vibrant history of Navy Island inspired this traditional Jamaican rum brand.

- 45ml XO Reserve
- 20ml spicy mango cordial
- 15ml lime juice
Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake well and strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass and serve garnished with a wedge of lime.
Rum Old Fashioned
- 80ml XO Reserve
- 4 dashes Angostura bitters
- 15ml dark cane sugar syrup
Build the ingredients slowly over ice cubes in a Rocks or Old Fashioned glass.
Expresso Martini
- 45ml XO Reserve
- 30ml espresso (freshly brewed and cooled)
- 10ml sugar syrup
Garnish with three coffee beans or a dusting of cocoa powder for an elegant touch.

- 25 ml pineapple juice
- 15 ml lime juice
- 10 ml grenadine
