This release of Aberlour, aged for 15 years, was introduced in 2006 exclusively for the French market. Named in honor of Mary Stuart, Queen of Scots, it is presented in an old Dumpy Bottle adorned with the St. Drostan's Label. Aberlour has garnered immense popularity in France following its acquisition by Pernod-Ricard.

This vintage bottling offers a delightful combination of fruity and creamy notes, with a subtle yet immensely enjoyable palate.

This 2010 release from the Balvenie Distillery is quite different than a usual peated whisky, having been finished in casks that previously held a peated whisky. As opposed to being a peated whisky, this is a Peated Cask Finish being a vatting of whisky that has been matured in Peated Casks & New American Oak. While the smoke is present, it is not as direct as in a peated whisky itself.

Nose: Gentle floral aroma with hints of violet and lavender. Delicate smoke beautifully balanced with honeyed vanilla and spicy oakiness. 
Palate: Prominent smoke softens to reveal oaky honey and vanilla. Cinnamon and nutmeg develop with time. 
Finish: Sweet and spicy with a hint of smoke.

The Balvenie PortWood 21 year old single malt whisky is a marriage of Balvenie Single Malt which has been additionally finished in Port Pipes (which have held fine port wines in the past). A highly awarded whisky since its release in 1996.

The Macallan 12 Year Old Gran Reserva was a special release exclusive to the Japanese and Taiwanese markets in 2007. While 90,000 bottles were released then, it has been one of the hugely popular bottlings being a rich, dark and a delicious 12 Year Old to come out of this famous Speyside distillery. Matured in first fill Oloroso Sherry oak casks this delivers deep and rich notes of sherried fruits, dark chocolate and a range of spices. This exquisite single malt is the result of meticulous craftsmanship, combining unpeated and peated spirits that have been matured for a minimum of twenty-one years in a harmonious blend of Four different casks: bourbon barrels, sherry casks, virgin oak casks, and Bordeaux red wine casks. Throughout its long maturation process at Benriach, the sweet Speyside smoke gradually mellows and intertwines with the fruity, malty, and oaky notes. After twenty-one years, a rich complexity emerges, culminating in an elegant honeyed smoke, enriched by the multi-layered cask maturation. Each cask type contributes unique flavor characteristics, expertly married together to produce a single malt of unrivaled richness and elegance. Layers of lush orchard fruit and toasted pine wood lead to a honey smoke finish, all perfectly balanced.

A fully sherry cask matured whisky from Balvenie, which is unusual. Each bottle is part of a batch which comprises a few hundred bottles coming from a single cask and hence likely to somewhat different than the other batch while retaining the characteristics of Balvenie's spirit and flavours of rich sherry oak, dried fruits and subtle spices overlaid with a soft nuttiness and a nice long finish.

Tamnavulin comes from the Gaelic word meaning 'mill on the hill'. The Distillery was built in 1966 and mothballed less than 30 years later. Revived in 2007, it currently has 6 stills.

This whisky was distilled in 1991 and is matured for 20 years in Refill Sherry Hogsheads before being bottled in 2011 by Gordon & Macphail. Nose: Floral notes with some cereal aromas Palate: Soft with spicy elements Finish: Slightly sweet

An old bottling from Aberlour which has been matured in sherry casks and results in this intense whisky with soft flavours of cream, peach and hints of ripe apricots balanced by notes of chocolate and orange zest. Liquorice, honey and oak emerge at the back end leading to a long, smooth finish. 

Nose: Rich and complex, notes of toffee, butterscotch combine with ripe peach and bitter orange
Palate: Initial notes of soft apricot and cream is offset by developing flavours of old leather and oak with a touch of honey
Finish: Very long and balanced, progresses from creme brulee to a gentle oak flourish
