This unique expression from Laphroaig combines the 10 Year Old Laphroaig matured in ex-Bourbon barrels with a further finishing ex- Oloroso Sherry Casks delivering a full bodied character of sweet aromatic flavours along with Manuka Honey, maple syrup, cloves, grilled bacon and peat smoke.

'Tamashii' is Soul  or Spirit in Japanese. Bottled by Mizunara for its 4th anniversary, matured in refill bourbon barrel. Subtle peat smoke, charcoal ash & earthy notes combined with sweet vanilla, honey, citrus and fresh tropical fruits like banana. Vanilla sweetness combined with a saltiness that finally gives way to peppery notes and spices such as cloves and hints of dark chocolate. Nice long and complex finish. A limited release of 251 bottles worldwide with the label designed by a Japanese artist Kenro Shinchi. WhiskyFun rated 85 points (SGP 564) Extract "Mouth (neat): it’s really good, I’d almost call this ‘good thin peat’. Limoncello, oysters, ashes, riesling, mercurochrome ...With water: same, while the body got bigger rather than thinner once water’s been added. Comments: very good for sure, just rather ‘hesitating’."

A natural cask strength whisky matured in a Sherry Hogshead, this is the first Private Cask Bottling for MIZUNARA Hong Kong. A great balance between the sherry flavours from the cask while showcasing the Arran spirit even after 15 long years. Rich raisins, apricots combined with malty cereals and a long complex finish.

This Whisky from Linkwood Distillery, distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2022 is matured in a single cask #4103 and bottled at Natural Cask Strength of 56.8% ABV. Only 251 bottles were released. Nose: Fresh green fruits, pear, crunchy apple, caramel, honey and plums Taste: Initial sweetness is balanced with fruity plum and some hot spices Finish: Spices, hint of cardamom and black tea with a warming finish (medium- long).

This Caol Ila Whisky distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2022, is matured in a single cask #4079 and bottled at a Natural Cask Strength of 54.1% ABV. Only 255 bottles were released. Nose: A burst of peat smoke, earthy notes, salty seaweed, dried meat, honey syrup at the back, roasty, and dried plum sweetness at the back. Taste: Dried fruit sweetness with salted cararmel, grassy notes, and peat smoke. Finish: A warming finish with dark chocolate.

A 2012 Special Release of Laphroaig Single Malt Whisky 18 Years Old to commemorate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth. 3000 Bottles were released with the special designed Tube.

A very creamy and a complex palette of flavors the 18 Year Old is an excellently balanced whisky which has since ceased production in 2016.

Hazelburn is a triple distilled, non peated single malt whisky produced at the Springbank Distillery. This Hazelburn 21 Years Old has been matured in 80% Bourbon, 10% Sherry, 10% Port and released in 2023. Nose: Notes of leather bound books, bung cloth and dunnage warehouses are followed by sweeter characteristics of treacle, caramel and bramble. Palate: On the palate there are notes of marshmallow and candy floss, with a syrupy mouthfeel and subtle mineral note.  The earthy tone from the nose carries through. Finish: Notes of cocoa powder, cappucino and mint linger in the finish. The Balvenie PortWood 21 year old single malt whisky is a marriage of Balvenie Single Malt which has been additionally finished in Port Pipes (which have held fine port wines in the past). A highly awarded whisky since its release in 1996.

A Single Cask bottling of Glendronach released in 2009 during Billy Walker's tenure. Matured in a Oloroso Puncheon Cask, 596 bottles were released.  Nose: Some smoke with leather and hints of tea. Not a very characteristic sherried nose Palate: Sherry followed by oak and lots of cinnamon, ginger, black pepper at times and a layer of smoke. Finish: Spices linger with some heat and dark chocolate at the end.

This 25 Year Old Whisky from Old Pulteney was originally launched in Sep/Oct 2017 and has been matured for 22 years in American Oak with a further finishing for three years in ex-Oloroso sherry Spanish Oak butts. ature and fragrant notes ranging from dark chocolate and heavy spice to lime honey, baked apples and orange peel. Nose: A brilliant combination of wet cookie dough, orange peel, spices such as cinnamon and vanilla in the background. Palate: Rich texture and creamy body with honey, dried fruits and raisins gradually evolving into some liquorice and rhubarb with sweet and sour citrus. Finish: Long finish of some toffee, dark chocolate and coffee with some herbal notes. 

An excellent old bottling which is now difficult to find.

A discontinued bottling and much difficult to find, this is one of the few Ardbegs with an age statement. The first bottling of the 17 years old marked the revival of Ardbeg's legacy after the new owners Glenmorangie took over in 1997 but was sadly discontinued thereafter. 

Gentle peat bringing though a mix of malt and vanillins on the nose. Peat is more present on the palate with a chewy middle and touch of cocoa. Finishes with a hint of liquorice and dry toast and continues for some time.

A 2002 Vintage Single Malt Whisky from Ardbeg matured in American Oak Casks and released for Feis Ile 2014.  About 66,600 bottles were released. The name Auriverdes captures the imagery of the gold (auri) and green livery of Ardbeg's bottlings (verde) apart from being  the colours of the Brazilian flag, home of the 2014 World Cup (Soccer). 

Color: Gold 
Nose: Tarry and herbal notes with hint of mocha 
Palate: Some ground coffee, smoked root vegetables combined with maple cured bacon and hot smoked salmon 
Finish: Lingering smoky vanilla (Tasting Notes from Distillery).
