Nose: Lemon Vanilla Cake, some dry smoked wood, grilled pineapple, a hint of mint and smoked meat. Palate: Custard, grilled pineapple, heather honey, salt water, caramel, saffron, juicy lemon cake, white pepper, white chocolate, fine oak spice.
Finish: Medium length and very pleasing finish with caramel, brine, fine smoke, pineapple, vanilla and a pinch of ash.
