The distillery hit a milestone in 1994, crowned the world’s best Single Malt, and shattered records in 2014 as the first outside Scotland or Japan to win “World’s Best Single Malt,” followed by “World’s Best Single Cask” triumphs in 2018 and 2019.
This exclusive bottling commemorates both Mizunara's 10th Anniversary and a two-decade friendship between Mr. Barry Eric Dick and Mizunara's founder (at US Investment bank Merrill Lynch), rooted in their shared appreciation for exceptional whisky. Barry's passion for Thor comics, sparked at the age of 10, and his later appreciation for fine whisky converge in this exceptional single cask bottling, titled very aptly "Whisky & Friends: The Best Pairing of All."
